Can I change my order once I've submitted it?

We'll be happy to make any changes to your order, provided we've not started making your blinds. Unfortunately we can't change your order once manufacturing has begun. If you do want to change your order call us straight away on 0800 169 3938 or email us

What if my blind doesn't fit?

If you've ordered more than one blind in the same fabric or slat colour, double check that you're fitting the right blind at the right window. Even though two blinds may seem the same size, each one will be made to your exact requirements and so may differ slightly.

My blind has arrived damaged or faulty - what should I do?

If your blind is damaged or faulty when it arrives, contact us straight away on our freephone number 0800 169 3938 or email us at
enquiries@web-blinds.com. We'll arrange for our courier to collect your blind as soon as possible, and we'll replace it with a new one.

 

What do I do if my blind becomes faulty?

Contact us at enquiries@web-blinds.com or call us on 0800 169 3938 and explain your problem. We might be able to solve it over the phone. If not, your blind will be covered under our 12 months guarantee, so we'll collect it and repair it free of charge.
