Returning ready-made blinds or curtains
We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.
Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains
Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.

Now that it is installed, it is easy to use.
Colour is rich looking, more coppery than gold. I have it at the kitchen/dining window, and even with no curtains, the room looks warm and cosy when the blind is down. Liked the colour co-ordinated cord. - Bad Points
- Several superfluous brackets in the pack. Would have preferred the correct number for the size, and of better quality - ones included are flimsy and the instructions, if you are not used to venetian blinds, virtually useless. I got my joiner in and he took 5 minutes!
Plastic wand a cord toggle are cheap and nasty looking - this blind deserves much better.
