Saturday delivery: this costs £15
Express delivery: selected Venetian, Wood Venetian and Woodweave blinds are available for next day delivery, look for the logo on our shop pages - this costs an extra £6
Returning ready-made blinds or curtains
We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.
Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains
Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.

- It doesnt come with a sealed head rail...this is fine if the top of your blind isnt going to be seen. Mine is and when I messaged them about it apparently none of them have this. My advice is dont buy if your blind will be fitted outside of the recess. I am dissapointed with it and the dust will collect in the top of the blind mechanism too! Also the string wasnt cut off at the bottom of the blinds, I felt like they slung it together and didnt take the time to finish it off with any care! I wouldnt mind but it wasnt a cheap blind! I wont be purchasing from them again.

- The strips are 1/4 inch longer on one side than the top and bottom main parts, so slightly disappointed on the overall view and quality. Could have been made better.
