Standard: Monday to Friday £5.95

AM: for £9.95 you can choose a morning, Monday to Friday, to have your blinds delivered

Saturday delivery: this costs £15

Express delivery: selected Venetian, Wood Venetian and Woodweave blinds are available for next day delivery, look for the logo on our shop pages - this costs an extra £6

Returning ready-made blinds or curtains

We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.

Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains

Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.
