AM: for £9.95 you can choose a morning, Monday to Friday, to have your blinds delivered
Saturday delivery: this costs £15
Express delivery: selected Venetian, Wood Venetian and Woodweave blinds are available for next day delivery, look for the logo on our shop pages - this costs an extra £6
Returning ready-made blinds or curtains
We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.
Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains
Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.

- Clean and crisp very pleased overall with product but with one exception. (see below)
- Bad Points
- Not a bad point as such but would prefer if there was just a little less deduction in measurement taken off measured width ie perhaps half a centimetre rather than 1cm and a white cord lock would be better than a grey one to match the frame.

We recommend that you fully open your Pleated blind every week to ensure the pleated effect is maintained.
Headrail dimensions: Depth - 20mm.
Pleated blinds come with an aluminium headrail and bottom rail in white or brown.
