Delivery Information
All our blinds and ready-made curtains and cushions are made and delivered to your door within 5 working days of your order if you live in the UK. If you live in Ireland delivery is within 7 working days. Essential Roman blinds take 10 working days. Digital blinds, fabric by the metre and made-to-measure curtains take 10 working days.

Choosing the delivery you want - UK (Mainland)
After you give us your delivery address at the checkout, you’ll be offered a range of delivery options:
- Standard: Monday to Friday FREE if your order value is over £99, £6.95 if your order value is under £99 (items will be delivered between 7:30am and 5:30pm)
- AM: for £9.95 you can choose a morning, Monday to Friday, to have your blinds delivered
- Saturday delivery: this costs £15
You can choose the date of your delivery, so you can have your blinds delivered later than 5 working days if this suits you better.
If we can’t deliver on the date you choose, we’ll let you know and arrange another date.
Choosing the delivery you want - Ireland or none mainland UK
After you give us your delivery address at the checkout, you’ll be offered a range of delivery options:
- Standard: Monday to Friday €11/£9.95 You can choose the date of your delivery, so you can have your blinds delivered later than 7 working days if this suits you better.
If we can’t deliver on the date you choose, we’ll let you know straightaway and arrange another date.
Express Delivery
On selected blinds order before 11am for delivery the next working day (an extra charge of £7.50)
Delivery of Shutters
Delivery will take place eight weeks after your order has been confirmed, as traditional cabinet making techniques are used to produce the shutters, and each one is hand finished and built to last. We will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery date once your shutters are complete.
Your delivery address
To make sure we can get your blinds or curtains to you, include as much of your delivery address as possible. For example, include the flat number or company name if appropriate, and double-check your details to be on the safe side. Your delivery address can be different to your billing address.
If you won’t be at home on the delivery date…
…let us know when you reach the delivery options page in the checkout . Just give us instructions on where to leave your blind in the text box by the delivery date. Include a mobile phone number in this box in case the driver has trouble finding your address.
If you haven’t left any instructions and you’re not at home when your blinds arrive, the driver will leave a card and try to deliver once more.
