All our blinds and our ready-made curtains and cushions will be delivered to your door within 5 working days if you live in the UK. For our customers in Ireland, delivery is within 7 working days. Velux blinds, digital blinds, fabric by the metre and made-to-measure curtains take 10 working days.
Because traditional cabinet making techniques are used to produce our shutters and each is hand finished and built to last, delivery will take place eight weeks after your order has been confirmed. We will phone you to arrange a convenient delivery date once your shutters are complete.
Choosing a delivery date – UK (Mainland)
After you provide your address at the checkout, you’ll be offered a range of delivery options::
- Standard: Monday to Friday FREE if your order value is over £99, £6.95 if your order value is under £99
- Items will be delivered between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
You can opt to receive your order after 5 working days if this suits you better.
- AM: for £9.95 you can have your blinds delivered on a weekday morning.
- Saturday delivery: items will be delivered between 7.30am and 5.30pm for a £15 charge.
- Express delivery: On selected blinds, order before 11am and we’ll deliver the next working day for an extra £6 charge.
Choosing a delivery date – Ireland or non mainland UK
After you provide your address at the checkout, you’ll be offered the following delivery options:
- Standard: Monday to Friday €10.45/£9.95.
You can opt to receive your order after 7 working days if this suits you better.
If we can’t deliver on the day you choose, we will let you know as soon as we can and arrange another date.
Delivery of Shutters
Delivery will take place eight weeks after your order has been confirmed, as traditional cabinet making techniques are used to produce the shutters, and each one is hand finished and built to last. We will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery date once your shutters are complete.
Your delivery address
Please include as much of your delivery address as possible. For example, include the flat number or company name if appropriate. It’s also best to double-check your details just to be on the safe side. Your delivery address can be different to your billing address.
Not going to be home on the delivery date?
No problem! Just let us know about this when you place your order and reach the delivery options page. You’ll also need to provide some information about where to leave your order in the text box by the delivery date. Please include a mobile phone number in case the driver has trouble finding your address.
If you haven’t left any instructions and you’re not at home when your order arrives, the driver will leave a card and try to deliver once more.
