Yes. With Web-Blinds you can create your own personalised blind by uploading your logo or image. Once your blind arrives, just turn it to face outwards.

Our headrails are excellent quality and we don’t recommend cutting them yourself. If you want a blind to go inside your window, it really is worth the extra investment to get a made-to-measure blind that will fit perfectly.

You can order blinds for the sides of your conservatory from Web-Blinds. The most popular types are Vertical blinds, Venetian blinds and Pleated blinds.

If you have a uPVC conservatory you just need to take care to avoid screwing into the sealed unit when you fit your blinds.

Our wood Venetians are made from basswood grown in sustainable forests.

Basswood is perfect for Venetian blinds because of its strength and flexibility. The wood is kiln dried, which stabilises it, cut into slats then stained in different colours. Like all our blinds, our wooden Venetian blinds are tested and checked before they leave the factory.

Yes. We have a selection of blackout Roller blinds and blackout Roman blinds

All our blinds are designed to reduce light, but our Pleated blinds are ideal for keeping the temperature comfortable too. They reduce heat in summer and keep it inside in the winter.

Yes. Our 50mm Wooden Venetian blinds go up to 242cm.

Our Vertical blinds come with a white headrail and white fittings.

If you already have a headrail you want to keep, you can just buy new louvres. These have white bottom weights, chains and hangers.

It depends on the type of Roman blind you choose.

• Our unlined Roman blinds come with a cord and cleat mechanism
• Our blackout Roman blinds come with a side winder mechanism and the choice of different coloured chains
• Our lined Roman blinds come with either a cord and cleat or side winder mechanism.

If you want a lined Roman blind with a side winding mechanism, choose a deluxe headrail.

Yes we have a range of washable fabrics, simply use the left hand faceted navigation to filter all the washable fabrics

Yes – it’s easy. Just upload your favourite photographs to be printed onto a standard or blackout roller blind.

Our blinds are all rigorously tested to make sure they’re safe around children and animals.

• 5. If you’re not already registered with Web-Blinds, just give us your email address and a password so you can save your quote
• 6. Remember your quote will last for 2 weeks – so you can still buy your blind at the price you saved it at – even if that offer has expired.

Yes. Just click on the name of the fabric and you can change details like the size of the blind and the control mechanism.

If you’ve changed your order in your shopping basket, make sure you click the update basket button.

Just choose the fabric you like and click the free sample button.

Yes we deliver to the UK and Ireland.

If you have ordered a ready-made blind or curtain we will be happy to refund this as long as it is returned in the original condition.

Unfortunately, because our blinds and curtains are custom-made to your exact requirements, we can’t offer a refund or return unless the blind or curtain is faulty. To prevent any mistakes, please make sure you give us the right measurements and details, and check your confirmation email to make sure everything is correct.

All of our blinds come with a 12-month guarantee. If your blind arrives damaged or becomes faulty within the first 12 months, just email us or contact our customer service team on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland. They will be happy to help.

We'll be happy to change your order, provided we've not started making your blinds.

Unfortunately, we can’t change your order once we’ve started making them, so if you do want to make a change, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us

If you order vertical blinds it doesn’t matter if you change your mind –they have a reversible headrail so you can change the control side when you get your blind. However, you can’t change the side on other blinds, so make sure you tell us which side you want the control and bunch to go on when you place your order.

The Allen key should be in the same box as the louvers. If you can’t find it or you lose it, just call our customer services department on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us and we’ll send you a new one.

As wood is a natural product, each wooden Venetian blind looks different. The grain may vary between each slat and there may be other features like pin knots, tiger striping, burl figures and mineral deposit.

Because these make some slats darker or lighter than others, we sort each of our slat shades into 3 colour categories and always make sure a blind is made using slats from the same category.

Samples only give you an idea of what your wooden Venetian blind will look like. Your finished blind will always have its own variations, which makes it unique.

We try to make sure the colour of the blind shown on our website is the exact colour of the blind you get, but there might be some variation. That’s why it’s always best to order a free sample.

Yes if your a registered customer you can track your order online. Simply log-in to your account and select track my order.

If no one is at home, our couriers will leave a card and try to deliver again twice . You can also add instructions to your order for what to do if you’re not in.

No. Web-Blinds is a purely online service so you’ll need to measure up for your blinds and fit them yourself. If you want the measuring and fitting done for you, our sister site, Hillarys Blinds, offers a full service from expert local advisors who will come to your home and do everything for you. An exact blind is one that hangs on the outside of your window. A recess blind hangs on the inside your window. When you measure for a recess blind, follow our instructions precisely and don’t make any adjustments to fit the blind inside the window – we do all that for you.
