We hope you’re happy with your blinds, curtains or awning, but if not, here’s what we can do.

Ready-made blinds and curtains

We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995 009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.

Made-to-measure blinds and curtains

Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains.

If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995 009 if you live in Ireland or email us

We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.
