AM: for £9.95 you can choose a morning, Monday to Friday, to have your blinds delivered
Saturday delivery: this costs £15
Express delivery: selected Venetian, Wood Venetian and Woodweave blinds are available for next day delivery, look for the logo on our shop pages - this costs an extra £6
Returning ready-made blinds or curtains
We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.
Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains
Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.

Technical information
Important information about your measurements
Width measurements will be rounded down, for example if you order a 74cm to 74.9cm exact measurement you will receive a 74cm wide blind, if you order a 74cm to 74.9cm recess measurement you will receive a 73cm wide blind.
For drop measurements we will automatically take off 5cm, 4 to accommodate the headrail and 1cm so the louvres does not touch the window sill or floor, therefore please measure to the window sill or floor.
Your headrail, chain, cord and weights
All Vertical blinds have a white aluminium headrail with white tilt chain, draw cord, stabilising chain and weights.
