AM: for £9.95 you can choose a morning, Monday to Friday, to have your blinds delivered
Saturday delivery: this costs £15
Express delivery: selected Venetian, Wood Venetian and Woodweave blinds are available for next day delivery, look for the logo on our shop pages - this costs an extra £6
Returning ready-made blinds or curtains
We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.
Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains
Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.

- Am so pleased with these blinds, they were the cheapest on the net, easy to put up and look fab. Am going to order another for the dining room when its decorated. Would reccomend to anyone, Thanks

- The cords are not how they look in the picture, they are as in the description but the picture is misleading. They still look fab though.

- Quality of material was fantastic. Look very expensive. Instant make-over to any window.

- Wasn't expecting velcro to hold the material to the frame. The fitting brackets do not appear to be strong, only time will tell. All the blinds were together in one package, it would have been easier if each blind had the room name or measurements attached.
We (hubby!!) cocked the measurements up so all the blinds are too short and slightly too narrow but he assures me he will fix this by adding a plastic strip to the top to bring the blind down !!! Men grrr. This in now way was the shops fault.

Headrail: Depth = 3cm
All the blinds in our Essentials range of Romans have white aluminium headrails, and are fitted using white plastic brackets that are supplied with your blind. A basic cord lock system allows the blinds to be raised and lowered.
Larger blinds will need a join, however our team is skilled at pattern matching for the best effect.
