Saturday delivery: this costs £15

Express delivery: selected Venetian, Wood Venetian and Woodweave blinds are available for next day delivery, look for the logo on our shop pages - this costs an extra £6

Returning ready-made blinds or curtains

We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.

Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains

Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.

Great service. I was originally given a delivery date which I thought was very reasonable. However, before the delivery date I received a telephone call from Web.-Blinds to apologise that the original date given was wrong and that the delivery would be a couple of days later. It was asked if I minded at all, which I did not. How many companies would have just left the situation and simply waited for me to call (if I was so bothered) and handle the query with a 'I am sorry I will look into it for you'. I was very impressed that the company took the time and thought to contact me 'before' I was disappointed with a late delivery. Other companies should learn from this. One phone call turns a potentially dissatisfied customer into one willing to write and praise the company. Yet, the delivery date remained the same. There's a moral here.

Good contruction, lining and operating mechanism. The blind raises evenly and lowers evenly and the self locking control works well both on raising and lowering the blind. It looks good up both inside and outside the house.
Easy to install although instructions could be so much better.
Size perfect.
Bad Points
Not impressed with the quality of the material the blind is made from. Very small holes in the fabric where it is attached to the mechanism used to raise and lower the blind. Had the blind been for a main room it would have been returned.
Very poor quality raw plugs provided. Had to use our own.
Installation instructions could be so much better.
Fabric isn't what I expected, however, my fault as I should havr sent off for the samples which are offered and sent out free of charge.

 Headrail: Depth = 3cm

All the blinds in our Essentials range of Romans have white aluminium headrails, and are fitted using white plastic brackets that are supplied with your blind. A basic cord lock system allows the blinds to be raised and lowered.

    Larger blinds will need a join, however our team is skilled at pattern matching for the best effect.
