Saturday delivery: this costs £15
Express delivery: selected Venetian, Wood Venetian and Woodweave blinds are available for next day delivery, look for the logo on our shop pages - this costs an extra £6
Returning ready-made blinds or curtains
We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.
Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains
Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.

- Blinds are fantastic, look great and went up without any problems.
- Bad Points
- One of my blinds didn't seem to work properly, Web blinds have offered a great service in replacing this blind. The other blind went up a treat and is great quality- this hasn't put me off.

- Very bad delivery service. My delivery has been scheduled in the morning and had to wait until 6.30PM to have the delivery done.
I have contacted the customer service and the told me that they could not do anything for the delay, the only think they will do is to refund the overcharge I paid for the morning delivery. In the meantime, I wasted an entire day at home waiting for the blinds. Not really nice...

Standard head rail: Depth = 2.5cm
Roman blinds with a standard headrail have an aluminium headrail in white with chrome brackets and a traditional cord and cleat mechanism.
Deluxe head rail: Depth = 4cm
Roman blinds with a deluxe headrail have a mild steel headrail in white with white brackets, sidewinder chain and pulley mechanism.
