Returning ready-made blinds or curtains
We’re happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided your blinds or curtains are in the same condition they were delivered in. Just give us a call on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us or and we'll arrange for your blinds or curtains to be picked up by our courier.
Returning made-to-measure blinds or curtains
Because our made-to-measure blinds and curtains are made exactly to your measurements, we can only exchange faulty blinds or curtains. If your blind or curtain is damaged or faulty when it arrives, call us straightaway on 0845 604 9611 if you live in the UK or 1890 995009 if you live in Ireland or email us. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect your blind or curtain as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it with a new one.

- Explicit step by step instructions any novice DIY person should be able to follow and insure a satisfactory outcome, Perhaps the adition of advice to use a spirit level to ensure an even drop. Well packed and come complete with all fastenings that one might wish to use.

- Excellent quality blind, shuts out the bright light very efficiently. We have a street light right outside the window, and this blind blocks most of that very well.
- Bad Points
- We believe we were supplied the wrong parts to fit the blind. We managed to fit the blind with the parts given, but it was extremely awkward and we had to drill into the concrete mantel above the window to install the blind.
The only reason we made do is because we were desperate to sleep in a room that wasn't filled with bright light.

Technical information
Important note for measuring the width of Roller blinds
For Roller blinds, we have to allow for fittings at either end of the blind, as there is no headrail. This means the actual fabric is approximately 2.8cm less
for an exact measurement and 3.3cm less for a recess measurement. You don't need to make this adjustment, we do.
How big are the barrels?
There are three barrel sizes - the width of your Roller blind will determine the size of the barrel you receive, this is something to remember when you are choosing more than one size of Roller blind for the same room.

- • If your width is under 200cm your barrel will be 25mm wide with a 4.8cm depth
- • If your width is between 200cm and 240cm you barrel will be 36mm wide with a 6.7cm depth
- • For blinds widths over 240cm barrels are 42mm wide with an 8cm depth

Roller blinds come on a steel barrel in white, with white brackets, and end cap.
