We're so confident in the quality of our products, we provide a free, 5 year extended warranty on all of our blinds. The standard 1 year manufacturers warranty is enhanced by an additional four years cover on parts, as detailed below.

In no event shall Web Blinds be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages of for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws in force. We hope you'll agree that our guarantee is plain and simple. Our Worry-Free Measurement Guarantee
We all make mistakes, we're only human. But thanks to our SureSize guarantee, measuring mix ups don't need to spell disaster.
We want to make your made to measure experience as stress-free as possible! We understand that measuring can be tricky and mistakes can happen occasionally, but there's no need to worry. Our SureSize guarantee is designed to alleviate your measuring worries before you place your order. All you need to do is add SureSize to your order (FREE for a limited time only) and if anything goes wrong with your measurements, we'll replace your blind with the new size.
Now, we've tried to eliminate any 'catches' - it really is as good as it sounds! There are just a few things to bear in mind:
- If you'd like to use your guarantee you just need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your blind. You'll need to arrange for the order to be returned to us before we can process a replacement order, so please keep all the original packaging so you can safely wrap it back up for transit.
- Our guarantee is designed to cover mismeasurements only, so the replacement blind needs to be exactly the same as the original. We've got a great free sample service so you can check you are happy with the style before you buy.
- If the replacement blind is smaller than the original there will be no refund, but if the blind is bigger you will just need to pay the difference. We won't charge you for delivery of the replacement.
- The guarantee covers up to four blinds per household and we'll only replace each blind once, so you'll just need to make sure your second measurements are correct. We've got lots of guides to help you out and a friendly customer service team with loads of expertise if you have any questions.
- This guarantee is not valid on Shutters or Curtains. Don't worry though, we have lots of helpful online guides on how to measure for these.
- This guarantee is valid for UK households only
