We often sing the praises of Wooden blinds. But don’t take our word for it – take a look at how Hannah used them three times in three different rooms…
Hannah lives in a two-bed end terrace in a village on the Isle of Wight. She’s a first-time buyer, and she’s loving the freedom that comes with owning her own home.
“Having now bought a house, it finally meant I could escape the world of renting and magnolia,” says Hannah. “I wanted my bedroom to have a very relaxed feel and have quite neutral colours.
“Growing up, we spent a lot of time at the beach, and now living on the island I get to see it every day. So a nautical theme was the obvious choice for my bedroom. I gradually found bits and pieces, a duvet set and fabric for curtains and it all came together.”
The finishing touch in the bedroom was a beautiful made-to-measure Wooden blind from Web-Blinds. It ties in with the nautical theme perfectly.
“For the lounge, my suite is dark red, so grey was an obvious pairing,” says Hannah. “The lounge leads onto the stairs and hallway, so I kept with the grey theme, and chose the striped carpet I’ve always wanted.
“I have always loved Wooden blinds – the biggest choice was between white or a natural wood stain. I went for white – they look great, are good quality and finish the room nicely.
“I fitted all three blinds in less than an hour and it made an instant difference to the rooms.
“The service from Web-Blinds has been excellent from start to finish. The website is very easy to use and navigate, and the fact you can get an instant quote is brilliant.
“I will definitely be ordering from Web-Blinds again, this time for Roller blinds in my conservatory. My parents and sister are also currently choosing theirs!”
