Justine has really put the hours in when it comes to her new home. And it’s really paid off. In the first of two parts, we take a look round this stylish Web-Blinds customer’s home.
“When I moved into my new home, I set about making everything suit me. That meant lots of painting, wallpaper steaming and steadily working through each room.
“Some of the windows in the house are a little bit unusual and initially I wasn’t quite sure how to dress them. I was stumped with the tall, narrow window in the kitchen, but after discovering a really clever system called Perfect Fit, I knew I’d found the ideal solution.”
Perfect Fit blinds simply click into the window frame itself, meaning no drilling or mess, and can be made to fit really small or narrow windows. Choose from Pleated or Venetian blinds.
“I’ve always loved the way the Venetian blinds control the light, so I chose them for my Perfect Fit frames. I went for a neutral shade, but for those wanting to add an extra design element, colour would make quite a statement!
“When the blinds came, I couldn’t believe how easy they were to fit. The fact I could do it by myself is testament to how easy it is, as I’m no DIY whizz!”
Justine also chose Venetian blinds for her patio doors, but this time the free-hanging version.
“The blind frames the doors beautifully, and just like the Perfect Fit version it folds up small so it doesn’t get in the way when I want to go in and out.”
For her living room, Justine chose a Wooden blind. As well as controlling the light in the same way as her metal Venetian blinds do, it has the added benefit of providing privacy at the front of the house. And the whole room is a fun, light and airy space where Justine loves to spend time with her daughter, Tilly.
“I’m really pleased with the way my home is coming on,” says Justine. And we would be too!
Next time, we have a snoop at Justine’s bathroom and little girl’s bedroom. It’s sure to inspire!
