Last time we took a look at Justine’s bright kitchen, dining room and living room. Now it’s time to have a little snoop around upstairs – and see what a difference Web-Blinds has made there.
First up is Justine’s daughter, Tilly’s room. White walls make way for bright accessories – think bunting and a gorgeous chair that any adult would be proud to call their own.
At the window, Tilly’s bright pink curtains felt a little plain. And that’s where Web-Blinds came in (again).
“Having seen how lovely my Venetian and Wooden blinds looked downstairs, I was keen to transform upstairs too. And Tilly’s room was at the top of the list.
“We sat down together and picked out some samples. Birdie Song is a pretty chintzy fabric that we both loved. And now it’s up, the window looks finished and it adds another element of fun to my little girl’s room.”
Justine admits there wasn’t too much to change in the bathroom. The beautiful freestanding bath was already the centrepiece of the room. It was just a case of sprucing things up here and there. And ordering a lovely new blind (guess who).
“I went for Fauxwood for the bathroom for the practical element. The grey shade goes beautifully with the stone wallpaper – which I was originally going to get rid of. The blind was just as easy to fit as all the others. In fact, I can’t believe just how easy!”
Justine couldn’t be happier with the finished effect. It has a spa-like feel – and it’s the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day.
